True beautiful woman syndrome stories:
Beautiful, but birdbrained

From Amy:

I work in an accounting office with five other women. We worked for several years with a young woman who had a terminal case of BWS. She was in her twenties, big breasted, petite, and stupid. We all hated her. We were constantly forced to do her work, and we all wondered what she had on the bosses in order to keep her job, since she was obviously incompetent. To give an example of her brainpower: she told me she had just received a check from the government and she didn't know what it was for, and if she should cash it or send it back. I told her it was probably her refund check for her income taxes. She said that couldn't be right because she didn't have to send in any extra money for her taxes. I then explained to her that money was taken out of her paycheck every two weeks to cover her estimated taxes, and too much was taken out, so the government was sending the excess back to her. She asked, "How long have they been taking money out of my paycheck without telling me?" You get the picture.

As we were leaving work one day, she commented that the only attractive person she had seen all day was herself in the bathroom mirror. All of us in the office were thrilled when she quit. When I heard a year later that the powers that be were considering rehiring her, I went to my boss and told her that I would quit on the spot if they hired her back. She didn't come back to work for us and I found out later that three of my coworkers made the same threat to quit if she came back.
